Recorded Work Becomes Reusable Agent Skills
The workflow-learning layer is moving from curated demonstrations to ordinary work recordings. Task Model Induction converts screenshots plus mouse and keyboard events into a structured task model, while Microsoft's Skill Recorder reconstructs an observed desktop session as intent, ordered steps and a reusable automation. If this pattern survives broader testing, organizations can capture tacit operational knowledge from work already being performed instead of writing every agent workflow by hand.
